Nina Gonzalez is the owner of Nina's Realty, and has more than 30 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in Houston, Texas. She has built a book of business through a solid referral network of happy clients, who trust her and recommend her to friends and family time and time again. She has lived in Houston since 1978 and became in agent in 1988.
"I became a homeowner in 1983 and through that process, I saw that there was a need for agents who could serve the Hispanic community." Originally from Mexico, Nina is passionate about helping Spanish speaking clients attain their goal of home ownership in the United States. "Creo que es importante que los clientes comprendan completamente el proceso de compra y venta de su casa, y me siento satisfecha de poderles ayudar y explicar detalladamente todo en español."
In addition to being a licensed realtor, Nina became a licensed loan officer in 2005 so that she may better serve her clients. She uses that knowledge to financially-coach buyers and sellers on how they can achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of work, Nina is a volunteer with St. Mark's Catholic Church, where she was been a parish member since 1981. She offers the church financial guidance as a member of the Parish Council and dedicates her free time to fundraising and organizing weekend retreats. She also loves to travel and some of her favorite places to visit are Rome, Lourdes and Jerusalem.
